Authorised and lawful use
Upload only information you are entitled to process and use authorised AI keys. Provide any notices or permissions required for candidate data. Do not use discriminatory criteria, access other accounts, bypass quotas or abuse the service.
Human review of AI results
Scores and summaries can be incomplete, biased or incorrect. Check the underlying evidence and extracted text before making decisions. Lensivo does not make hiring decisions or guarantee a hiring outcome. Keep originals when document fidelity matters.
Plans and provider costs
The current Free preview provides 100 MB and unlimited application credits. Your AI provider may charge your account separately. Paid checkout and Apple login are currently unavailable. Displayed plan limits and provider availability may change.
Your content and control
You retain your rights in uploaded content and allow Lensivo and its processors to handle it to provide the requested features. You can export or delete it as described in the Privacy policy. Keep independent copies of important records.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change or restrict the service to address abuse, security or technical problems. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free analysis. Updated terms are published here with a date. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy requests
Sign in with Google or an email code, then submit a request from Account. Candidates without an account may create a free one for this purpose. Responses appear in the same form; include only the information needed to identify your request.
