Information and purposes
We store account name, email, preferences, resumes, extracted text, candidate details, job criteria, evaluations, notes and usage records to provide the service, support users and investigate failures. Your AI keys are stored encrypted.
AI processing
Starting an AI task sends the job information and extracted resume text to your enabled OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter providers, including configured fallbacks. Their terms govern their processing. Lensivo does not sell resume data or use it to train its own models.
Hosting and access
Supabase stores accounts, database records and private resume files in the project’s EU region (eu-west-1). Vercel hosts the application and operational logs; Resend delivers sign-in emails. These providers and selected AI services may process data in other countries. Access is limited to the account owner and authorised operators for support and recovery.
Retention and deletion
Data remains until you delete it or request deletion. New checks default to removing originals after successful analysis and saved identity/contact checks, with your confirmation. Earlier files keep their existing preference. Removing an original requires your confirmation and preserves extracted text and evaluations; formatting, images and unparsed pages cannot be recovered from text. Earlier operator backups may retain copies until those backups are replaced or deleted.
After successful analysis and saving the name and contact details, remove the original. Text and structured data remain searchable. Missing contact details or failed analysis keep the file. Space saved depends on file size.
Applies only to new files uploaded to this workspace. Existing bank files and earlier uploads keep their own preference.
Your choices
You can download files and extracted text, edit candidate details, delete resumes and remove AI keys. Request access, correction, export or account deletion through the form below. We may verify identity and clarify the recruiter involved before acting. Your rights under applicable law remain available.
Privacy requests
Sign in with Google or an email code, then submit a request from Account. Candidates without an account may create a free one for this purpose. Responses appear in the same form; include only the information needed to identify your request.
